You can check out the games that we've made and the ones that we're working on right now on the sidebar to the right.
As of 30 November 2020, Faberwerks has been disbanded. We would like to thank everyone who's ever downloaded and played our games for your support! Faberwerks' disbandment coincides with the approaching end of our studies. As we graduate and move on with our lives, each of us will take a step into our own individual paths.
All of our games will remain here and will still be downloadable. If you're coming here and reading this, please do try our games! They are the fruits of our passion and hard work - naïve, inexperienced, and raw as we were. But nothing would make us happier than for you to try them, and hopefully gain some measure of enjoyment from them.
If you would like to contact Faberwerks for any reason, please contact Phobez!
On a completely normal December night in 2018, eight game development students in Indonesia decided they wanted to make games together. And thus, Faberwerks was born! (After three hours of coming up with name ideas.)
We like to say that two things define us: Learning and Challenge. We're all students who decided to take game development as our majors in university. But we felt that the things we learnt and projects we did in class just weren't enough. That is one of the reasons why we founded Faberwerks: as a place for us to learn and experiment by actually making games outside of class.
But to truly learn, we can't limit ourselves to what we already knew, to what was comfortable, to what seemed easy and familiar. To truly learn, we need to push our boundaries. We need to challenge ourselves. That's why we always try to make a different type of game every time, even when we're doing projects outside of Faberwerks. We try not to do the same type of project twice. Those are the main principles that define us.
And for that, please try out the games that we make! We're open to all input you might have, be they comments, criticism, or suggestions since we're eager to learn!
Our team is composed of a humble number of eight people.
Sometimes we also work with other people outside of our team who are no less important!
